Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns only for non-personalized items.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned in their original packaging.
Personalized Products
Items that have been customized with a name and number cannot be returned or exchanged.
Each personalized jersey is made specifically for the customer, therefore returns are not accepted once production has started.
Exceptions
We will offer a replacement or refund in the following cases:
• The item has a manufacturing defect
• The wrong item was sent
• There is an error on our side

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method.
Important Information
Because our products are custom made and prepared individually, we cannot accept returns on personalized items unless there is a defect or an error on our side.
